A premium look for a premium brand
Thermador owners expect a high-end service. A warm, editorial design with serif headings and real kitchen photography sets that tone, and every appliance has its own page with typical faults.

Case study · Home services
An independent repair service for Thermador owners across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The site was built as a landing page for paid search, with a full website behind it: appliances, faults, error codes and service areas. The service is independent and is not affiliated with the manufacturer.
At a glance
01 / The brief
Every click from an ad costs money, so the page it lands on has to load fast, look like a premium service and lead straight to a booking. The company also wanted the site to earn search traffic of its own over time, and to stay easy to edit without a page builder.

02 / Key decisions
Design and content decisions that make the website easier to use — and easier to choose.
Thermador owners expect a high-end service. A warm, editorial design with serif headings and real kitchen photography sets that tone, and every appliance has its own page with typical faults.

Six fault groups follow what owners actually type: won’t heat, uneven temperature, not cooling, leaks, noise, error codes. An ad for a specific problem lands on content that answers it, with booking one tap away.

Four short steps explain the visit and the flat-rate quote before anyone calls, so a visitor from an ad knows what to expect.

03 / Built to operate
A custom classic theme on plain WordPress. The home page is assembled from editable sections; appliances, error codes and locations are structured content types in Secure Custom Fields. Phone, booking form and analytics live on one settings page. The theme is brand-neutral, so the same base can run a site for another brand.
