About DJWP

# Meet the people
behind your website.

We’re an independent web studio building websites and web applications for companies and individual clients in the US and Europe.

Our small team brings together project management, design and development. You have one point of contact, from the first proposal through launch and ongoing support.

The team

## Three roles.
One conversation.

DJWP is a small studio built around its founder: development stays with Den, a project manager and a designer join each project, AI tools speed up routine work, and a wider team is available when a project needs it. You always know who is responsible.

-

### Project management

Your single point of contact: scope, timeline, priorities and updates, from the first call to ongoing support. Handled by a dedicated project manager.

-

### Design

Structure, layout and visual identity around what visitors need to do — prototypes before production. Handled with trusted design collaborators.

-

### Development

WordPress on the Roots stack, Laravel, integrations, servers and deployment — led and largely done by the founder himself.

Working remotely

## Clear collaboration,
across time zones.

We work remotely with clients in the US and Europe, communicating in English and working asynchronously across time zones.

-
### Define the work

Scope, timeline and budget are written down before work begins.

-
### Review before release

Changes are checked on a staging copy before reaching the live website.

-
### Stay connected

You have one point of contact. We usually reply within one business day.

How we build

## Practical tools.
Thoughtful decisions.

### Content & commerce

- WordPress
- Gutenberg
- Elementor
- WooCommerce

### Development

- Bedrock
- Sage
- Acorn
- PHP
- Laravel
- Tailwind CSS

-
### Every page has a job.

Start with the visitor’s next step: call, book, buy or ask.

-
### Build for maintenance.

Consider future edits and handover from the beginning.

-
### Keep performance in view.

Treat images, assets and hosting as design and development decisions.

Handover

## Your website.
Your access.

A website should belong to the business that paid for it — and stay easy to run.

-

### Access stays with you

Domain, hosting, admin and code access remain yours.

-

### Practical instructions

Guidance for the editing tools used on your website.

-

### A staging environment

A separate copy for checking changes before release.

-

### The same team stays

Continue with the people who built the site for updates, fixes and new features.
